31-year-old male treated for low testosterone. Notes some gynecomastia during puberty with worsening in the few years prior to surgery compelling diagnosis of low testosterone. Now on hormone replacement with normal levels. Treated with liposuction and excision, shown pre-op and 1 year post-op. 5’9”, 202 lbs.
